Field Trip Permission Slip

Chinese New Year is coming which falls on February 7th this year and it's the year of Snake). We are going to celebrate it by holding a field trip to Asian Imperial restaurant which is just nearby Syracuse Junior. Attached is the field trip permission. To save the tree, the permission slip has been sent to students through their school email account and to parents.
