中文一Chinese Level I February 14 & 18 二月十四日& 十八日 星期五 & 星期二

We didn't learned the new words but we quickly reviewed the old words. We read the story as a whole class. We used TPRStorytelling circling questions to practice listening and speaking. The teacher read the story sentence by sentence aloud while students translated chorally. Later the teacher told the story in English while the students said it in Chinese. Students were paired up to do TPRStorytelling circling questions themselves. Students A stated a fact, and asked Student B a question about the statement/fact. Student B answered the question. Student A repeated the statement/fact. Each fact has to be questioned with four different questioning such as yes/no question, either..or...question, why? where? what? who? etc.
Later students were given 10 minutest to prepare to act out the story. And then each pair of students came up and acted out their story.
