四月十八日星期四 - April 18, Thursday - B Day

Today I took 26 students to BYU for Chinese Language Fair. This year we Chinese students only attend two competitions; conversation/interview and poetry; they grade as Excellent, Very good, Good, and Fair. Kids had fun time there experiencing lots of activities related to Chinese culture. We had 5 Chinese Level III students, 2 Chinese Level II students, and 3 Chinese Level I students attended the competition; a couple of them just attended either poetry or conversation competition.
 Chinese Level I - Conversation
 Excellent - Dalin Stone
Very Good - Case Sorensen - Kali Tuttle (All their poetry are GOOD).
 Chinese Level II - Poetry
 Excellent - Brandon Bunderson
  Excellent - Keegan Mussalo
 (All their conversation are GOOD).
 Chinese Level III - Conversation
Excellent - Katherine Free
Excellent - Maddie Duncan
 (Others are GOOD).
 Chinese Level III - Poetry
Very Good- Katherine Free
Very Good - Corbin Berrong
Very Good- Luke Tidwell
 (Others are GOOD).
 Our sub lesson plan as the followings.. Students view the Chinese stroke order videos and trace Chinese characters on the sheet.
