九月十二日星期三 September 12, Wednesday - A day

Today for Chinese Level I classes we did the following activities,
#1, Copy down the words on the board -
我= I, me
我的= my, mine
你= you
你的= your, yours
她= she, her
她的= her,  hers
他=he, him
他的= his
名字= name
叫= (be/is)called
#2, Structures- 我的名字叫 ..../你的名字叫什麼?/他的名字叫什麼?
#3, We used PQA with a monkey toy to practice the structures 我的名字叫 ..../你的名字叫什麼?
#4, Students stood up and walked around the classroom along with a Chinese song; while the song stopped, they stopped and found a person who was closest to them. They gave a high five and said "你好!" first and then they introduced their name to the perosn they met and asked in Chinese what's your name? "你的名字叫什麼?"
#5, We used TPRStorytelling to act out a story with cycling questions.
#6, Reading - students worked on the story on the page 5 of the textbook.

For Chinese Level II and III,
#1, Copy down the words on the board
#2, We used TPRStorytelling to act out a story with cycling questions.
#3, And then we did the radical work sheets.
