【培根火腿蛋炒飯】
Beacon Ham Egg Fry Rice
預備食材:Ingredients
白飯適量
洋蔥1/2顆
綠蔥一根(切細末)
火腿兩片(切小塊)
培根兩片(切小塊)
紅蘿蔔適量(切絲)
玉米粒適量
蛋皮適量(切絲)
調味料:
黑胡椒少許
鹽適量
雞精一小匙
步驟説明
做法:
1. 把油倒進鍋裏。先熱油,然後把培根、火腿放進鍋裏略炒。
2. 把部分洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、玉米粒放進鍋裏略炒。然後,把黑胡椒粉灑在鍋裏。起鍋備用。
3. 把蛋放進碗裏。然後攪拌打成蛋汁。
4. 把油倒進鍋裏。先熱油。然後把蛋汁放進鍋裏炒。起鍋備用。
5. 把油倒進鍋裏。先熱油。然後把白飯放進鍋裏炒
6. 把步驟(2)、步驟(3)的食材和調味料放進鍋裏和白飯一起炒。
Beacon Ham Egg Fry Rice
Ingredients:
· Steamed Rice
· ½Onion
· 1 Green Onion (minced)
· 2 pieces of ham (small chunk)
· 2 pieces of beacon (small chunk)
· Carrot
· Kernel
· 2-3 Eggs
Seasonings:
· Black pepper
· Salt
· Chicken powder
Procedures:
· Stir fry the beacon and ham
· Add in the onion, carrots, and kernel
and fry them.
· Sprinkle some black pepper on the
top. Set on side.
· Make scramble eggs and then set on
side.
· Stir fry the steamed rice until light
golden and then add in all the ingredients (on step 2 and scramble eggs).
