【橘子雞】
預備食材:
雞胸肉1大塊(切小塊)
蛋1顆
鹽1 ½匙
白胡椒粉
油
太白粉1½杯
麵粉1/4 杯
姜泥1湯匙
蒜泥1湯匙
綠蔥1/4 杯
水1/4 杯
芝麻油1/2 湯匙
橘子醬汁:
醬油1 ½湯匙
水
1 ½湯匙
糖5湯匙
白醋5湯匙
步驟説明:
做法:
1. 把蛋、鹽、胡椒粉和1湯匙的油放進一個碗裏攪拌。攪拌好備用。
2. 把太白粉和麵粉放進另一個碗裏攪拌。然後,把步驟(1)放進碗裏一起攪拌。
3. 再把雞塊放進碗裏和步驟(2)一起攪拌。
4. 把油放進鍋裏,先熱油。然後,一塊一塊地將雞肉塊放進鍋裏炸。
5. 把雞塊從鍋裏拿出來,放在旁邊濾油。
6. 然後,把鍋子洗乾淨,加熱15秒。
7. 把1湯匙的油放進鍋裏,然後把姜泥和蒜泥放進鍋裏炒。(約10秒)
8. 然後,再把綠蔥放進鍋裏炒。接下來,把橘子醬汁放進鍋裏煮到開。
9. 把步驟(5)的雞塊放進鍋裏和步驟(8)的橘子醬汁一起炒。
10.然後放進太白粉水,將醬汁勾芡。
Orange Chicken
Ingredients:

Chicken
breast (cut into small chunks) & 1
egg

½ teaspoons salt
·
Pepper
& Oil

½ cups cornstarch & ¼ cup flour
·
1
tablespoon minced ginger
·
1
tablespoon minced garlic
·
¼
cup green onion & ¼ cup water
·
½
tablespoon sesame oil
Orange Sauce:
·
1 ½ tablespoon Soy
sauce
·
1 ½ tablespoon
water
·
5
tablespoon sugar
·
5
table spoon white vinegar
Procedures:
·
1st
bowl- mix up with egg, salt, pepper and 1
tb spoon oil. Set on side.
·
2nd
bowl- mix well with cornstarch and flour.
·
Add
the ingredients of the 1st bowl in 2nd one and mix well.
·
Add
the chicken chunks to the bowl and mix well.
·
Fry
the chicken chunk one by one. Set aside.
·
Clean
the pan. No water in it.
·
Fry
minced ginger and garlic. Add in green onion and then add in orange sauce until
the sauce is boiling.
·
Add
in the chicken and fry until the sauce is soaked/absorbed.
