1st and 2nd period students reviewed the words and learned the following words. It's really nice when I said 社shè區qū and most of students loudly responded "Community" and 市shì區qū = downtown. 

活huó 動dòng = activity                                
*活huó = to live/alive        *動dòng = to act/ to move

豐fēng 富fù = abundant

晨chén 練liàn = morning exercise                 
*晨chén = morning/dawn *練liàn =to practice/exercise

週zhōu 末mò = weekend                               
* 週zhōu = week                *末mò = end

演yǎn 唱chàng 會huì = concert                            
*演yǎn = to perform  * 唱chàng= to sing  * 會huì = to assemble

綠lǜ 化huà = vegetation/reforest/ go green
*綠lǜ = green      * 化huà = to transform, to  - lize

建jiàn 議yì = suggest, suggestion

介jiè 紹shào = introduce, introduction

We used whiteboards, games, and PQA to be familiar with the words. We also completed our 1st page of dictionary form.

3rd period Chinese Level I students we copied down the following words but we only actually learned the first 12 words.

很hěn 冷lěng = very cold

很hěn 熱rè = very hot

帽mào 子zǐ = hat

買mǎi = buy

賣mài = sell

中zhōng 文wén 怎zěn 麼me 說shuō ? how to say ... in Chinese?

找zhǎo 來lái 找zhǎo 去qù = look for everywhere

We used game and whiteboards, PQA to practice these words.

For 1-3 periods we all distributed the homework sheets and I presented how to complete the assignments online. For 3rd period students were asked to correct their dictionary form and turn in.
