Chinese Level I October 27, 2014 Monday

We first did the quiz and then we used TPR to review and introduced the words. We watched a powerpoint and use TPRStorytelling circling questions. 15-20 minutes before the class ended we introduced the stroke orders.

1.  谢(xiè)谢(xiè) = thank you

2.  不(bú)客(kè)气(qì) = you’re welcome

3.  好(hǎo)吗(ma)？= yes or not? Okay or not okay? Would you please…?

4.  给(gěi) = to give

5.  蹲(dūn)= to squat

6.  坐(zuò) = to sit

7.  在(zài)地(dì)上(shàng) = on the floor

8.  在(zài)椅(yǐ)子(zi)上(shàng) = on the chair
