Activity 3 -- we tossed a ball around the classroom to practice the conversation 你nǐ 好hǎo (= Hello) and asked a question 你nǐ 是shì 誰shéi ? (= Who are you?)
Of course, the teacher did the example first, and then we practice, and the last students performed by themselves.
Conversation goes like this
Student A: 你nǐ 好hǎo ! 我wǒ 是shì Emerson, 你nǐ 是shì 誰shéi ? (Toss the ball to a student across the classroom)
Student B: 你nǐ 好hǎo ! 我wǒ 是shì Kyler. (Toss the ball to another student across the classroom and ask...)你nǐ 是shì 誰shéi ?
Student C: 你nǐ 好hǎo ! 我wǒ 是shì Betheny.(Toss the ball to another student across the classroom and ask...)你nǐ 是shì 誰shéi ?
Student D: ......

We learned 小賈斯汀,女神卡卡,買,賣,褲子,長,短,內,長褲,短褲,內褲。Due to the time limited we just quickly went through the words and didn't have enough time to really got into them. Not mentioned acting out the story.
We used PQA asking 小xiǎo 賈Jiǎ 斯sī 汀ting 帥shuai不bu 帥shuai (handsome or not)? Lots of students don't think 小xiǎo 賈Jiǎ 斯sī 汀tīng 帥shuai! It's interesting.
